FAQ ....the 12 sessions do not have to be consecutive sessions, however ....a Social Member is somebody who would like to get involved in maybe organising a tournament or any other tasks within the "BCTHF". A Social Member does not actively participate in training sessions and games. .....why outside of GVRD AND UBC? because UBC is not a part of GVRD but fully surrounded by it .... Memberships are valid for one year starting September 1st - August 31st Payment options Payments have to be made at the beginning of the first practice. Cash or Check only Payments can be made in two installments of 50% of your respective fee. The full payment has to occur before Oct. 18,2009 Refund Policy Request for refunds must be in writing stating players name, mailing address and phone number. Application for refund must be processed through the Treasurer. No refunds will be processed after Oct.18, 2009. There may be a $20.00 Administration Fee deducted from refunds. How does your membership make a difference? It helps the BCTHF to strengthen its structure, so that: - equipment can be maintained and/or improved - coaching opportunities are created to train more coaches for future teams - competetive games can be organised throughout the season - opportunities for community members to become more active can be provided - promotion of handball in BC can be sustained through workshops, summer camps, beach handball - YOU can have a say at the AGM
